License Policy

All designs purchased from Cait’s Creative Canvas are digital files and are protected by copyright.

By purchasing and downloading our products, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license under the following terms:

✅ What You CAN Do

• Use the designs for personal projects.
• Use the designs for small business use (such as creating physical products, marketing materials, or finished designs for your brand).
• Resize, adjust colors, or slightly modify designs to fit your project needs.
• Use designs on end products for sale (ex: shirts, stickers, invitations, social graphics, etc.).

🚫 What You CANNOT Do

• Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files.
• Upload files to sharing sites, drive folders, or membership groups.
• Claim the artwork as your own.
• Resell the design as clipart, a digital download, or part of another digital bundle.
• Alter the design and resell it as your own digital file.

The purchase of a design does not transfer copyright ownership.

Cait’s Creative Canvas retains all rights to the artwork.
